CoRK NORTH, STUDIO E

Robert Leedy’s watercolors are filled with bold color and luminous light; the paintings wonderfully exemplify the medium through mingling color, granulating washes, and rich, transparent glazes.

A native Floridian, Leedy grew up in Jacksonville but spent over 20 years living worldwide. He returned to his hometown in 2010. The artist now divides his time between his studio at CoRK and painting in nature en plein air.

Leedy teaches watercolor classes and workshops at CoRK and annual workshops in Italy. He accepts commissioned work and is available for lectures and group demonstrations. Studio visits are arranged by appointment through his website. His work can be seen and purchased on his website.
